Andrew and Erin choose to have a Rainier National Park Engagement. They had never been, so we decided to tour as much of the park as possible and take some pictures along the way. We ended up starting at the iconic Rainier National Park sign at the entrance near Ashford Washington. Then we made our way deeper into the park. We stopped at the first major view of Rainier, parked and hiked the little trail to the amazing view of Mount Rainier.

From there we continued on and stopped along a little pull off and hiked down to the river bank.  This was just a few days after Washington experienced record breaking heat, because of this the current of the Nisqually river was unbelievable strong and gushing unlike I’ve ever seen. But that made for an awesome backdrop.  You could even hear the rumbling of the rocks being pulled down the mountain. We then went into the beautiful meadow in Longmire, hiked around, took some great portraits with the amazing pine lined background. We ended our shoot driving towards paradise and stopping at a bunch of  other little places along the way for portraits. Scroll down through this amazing like tour style rainier national park engagement.

Hi, I'm Nick! Your future wedding photographer!

When I'm not photographing the coolest couples in Seattle, you'll find me backpacking with my partner Adam and dog Obi, trying new foods, cooking, escaping to the San Juan Islands and finding any excuse I can to travel. I hope you enjoy my work and it makes you want to reach out. Thanks for stopping by and I hope to hear from you!
